An estimate on behalf of serviceman will be shared via email. If you require a bill with GST then please contact our bill desk at +60128893258 . An invoice will get re-generated with applicable taxes.
A warranty of 15 days is applicable on all services delivered, for all bookings made through ItFix Call Center or ItFix website.
Minimum visiting charges of RM50 will be applicable if no work is conducted after the visit has been made by our professional technicians. If the service amount is less than RM50, we will charge the minimum fees onto the client. Where if the service amount is more than the visiting charges, no visiting charges will be applied.
